Today we're talking juice. Well celery juice to be specific. Is it beneficial, why do you juice, and more. My wife and I started in on this celery juicing thing at the beginning of the year. I got into it as a means of support as well as to try something new that is health related. Will it work? does it work? i’m not sure but even if there is a shift in my approach towards health and dieting then it will have done something positive.
Consistency is key in any endeavor. When it comes to fitness you have to make it apart of your life in order to yield results.
